This notice explains what Prendergast Ekstrom LLP collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, like your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it except with the service providers that run this site and our email.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent by writing to hello@prendergastekstrom.com.

We may update this notice. The current version is always on this page.
